Regulaon No 44, 04 series of amendments, for general
use in vehicles and it will fit most, but not all car seats.
2. A correct fit is likely if the vehicle manufacturer has
declared in the vehicle handbook that the vehicle is
capable of accepng a “Universal” child restraint for
this age group.

Any straps holding the restraint to the vehicle should be
ght, any straps restraining the child restraint should be
adjusted to the child’s body, and straps should not be
twisted.
Children cannot be le in the child restraint system
unaended.
Ensure that any lap strap is worn low down, so that the
pelvis is firmly engaged.

The child restraint system should be changed when it
has been involved in any accident, there could be hidden
damages.
Do not make any alteraons or addions to the device
without the approval of the competent authority.
Any luggage or other subjects should be properly secured
or stored as they may cause injuries in the event of a
collision or sudden braking.
The child restraint must not be used without the cover.

The seat cover should not be replaced with any other
than the one recommended by the manufacturer,
because the cover constutes an integral part of the
child restraint system performance.
The instrucons must be kept with the seat for its life

Do not use any load bearing contact points other than
those described in the instrucon and marked on the

APPLICABILITY
The child car seat is suitable for weight categories l to
lll ( group l-ll ), which means children with a body weight
between 9kg and 36kg
Mass Group l: 9-18kg
Mass Group ll,lll: 15-36kg
This child car seat can be used with its harness system
for children of weight group l. It must be secured with the
belt fastener on the 3-point vehicle belt.
For children of weight categories ll and lll (15kg to 36kg)
the harness system must be removed and the vehicle’s 3-
point belt system used to secure the child.

Assembly of the car seat
Forward facing group 1, 2, 3
( 9kgs -36kgs / approx 1 year to 11 years )
Install the car seat in the car.
Aach the base of the car seat to the backrest. (1) Press
the hook, (2) ensure that the hooks fit into the holes of
the booster seats, then stand the car seat. (3) when you
hear a click sound, this indicates that it has successfully
locked in place.
Firstly, you will need to check the car seat is assembled
correctly and ready for use (see Fig 1, 2, 3), then place
the car seat onto the vehicle seat in the direcon of the
travel.

Firstly release the strap holding the backrest cover on
to gain access to the harness. Slide one of the harness
straps off the harness connector.
Then from the front of the seat, pull the harness
through the slot in the backrest and fabric cover. Thread
the harness strap back through the next hole up or down
on the seat backrest.

Re-thread the harness strap back onto the harness
connector at the back of the seat.
Repeat the same process for the other harness strap.
Make sure both of the straps go through slots at the
same height.

harness by pulling the diagonal
strap upwards unl there is no
slack and the seat is held firmly
in place. Now you can strap your
child into the seat. Make sure the
seat belt has not become twisted.
Also check that the cover is in not
impeding the movement or fit of
the seat harness in any way. To
release your child seat follow the
above instrucons in
reverse order.

Ensure that the lap strap poron of the harness is located
as low as possible towards the thighs and not around the
stomach.
A loose harness can be dangerous. Check the harness
adjustment and ghten each me the child is placed in the
seat.

LOOSENING THE HARNESS
The harness is loosened by pressing
the lever ( under the seat cover) on
the front of the seat.
Press down on the label marked
press as you grip the two shoulder
straps with your other hand. Pull the
shoulder straps towards you to
loosen the harness.
Take care when you adjust the
shoulder straps that you do not trap
the harness adjuster straps as you
press the lever down.

secons of the seat harness go under the armrest near
the buckle, the diagonal belt goes through the red belt
guide on the side of the headrest. Check that the
harness has not twisted and ghten the seat belt by
pulling the diagonal strap upwards.
Make sure the seat belt has not twisted. Also check
that the cover is not impeding the movement or fit of
the seat harness in any way. To release your child
simply unfasten the seat belt in the normal way.

Step 3. Now, pull the seat-belt forward away from your
child, keeping holding of the seat-belt at the posion
where it crossed your child’s shoulder as this is where the
locking clip must be aached to the seat-belt.
Step 4. Pull the adjuster strap to remove any slack from
the locking clip. Your child should now be secure.
