Official Rules for the Grand Prize Houseboat Vacation courtesy of

Patoka Lake Marina & Lodging!

1. Duration of contest. The contest runs from Friday, January 20

, 2023 through 4 pm, Sunday,

January 29, 2023.

2. Eligibility. All persons must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible to enter. There is a limit

of one entry per person.

3. How to enter. You may enter beginning Friday, January 20

, 2023 by visiting the show and

completing the entry form available at the Ford Cincinnati Boat, Sport & Travel Show from

Friday, January 20

through 4pm Sunday, January 29, 2023.

4. Winner Selection. The selection of a single winner will occur after the close of the show. All

qualifying submissions must be received at the Ford Cincinnati Boat, Sport & Travel Show by 4

pm, Sunday, January 29, 2023. Late entries are ineligible to win. WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED

VIA EMAIL.

5. Prizes. The prize is valid for any of the three houseboats ( Admiral -6 bedroom or, Princess

or Queen - 4 bedroom), and is valued at $1500.00-$3000.00 (depending on time of year booked

and which boat). Houseboats are available to rent April 1-October 31. There are no black out

dates. Rental time frame is check in Monday - check out Friday OR check in Friday - check out

Monday. Winners receive rental of the houseboat, but are responsible for the fuel used and

damages should they occur. Winner must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and

credit card to put on reservation. There will be 1 winner. The winner will be required to sign our

contest eligibility rules. No smoking or pets allowed.

6. Notification of winners. Winners will be notified by email after the close of the show to the

email address they supplied and will have from the date of notification to claim their prize. If

the prize is not claimed within one week (7 days), the prize will be forfeited. Delivery of or

forfeit of the prize shall end Ford Cincinnati Boat, Sport & Travel Show’s responsibility to the

winner. Taxes applicable to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Final decisions. Decisions of the Ford Cincinnati Boat, Sport & Travel Show, Cincinnati Shows,

Inc. & Renfro Productions & Management, Inc. on all matters concerning this contest, including

but not limited to, the verification of a winner, the interpretation of these rules, or the creation

of further rules, are final and binding on all parties. Interpretation of rules or creation of further

rules can have retroactive effect.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABLITY: Ford Cincinnati Boat Sport & Travel Show, Cincinnati Shows, Inc. &

Renfro Productions & Management, Inc., and their local sponsors, (collectively “Released

parties”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error,

technical malfunctions, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone

network, computer online system, computer equipment, server providers, or software,

including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or

resulting from participation in this Giveaway promotion, inability to access the Renfro

Productions & Management website or Facebook page; theft, tampering, destruction, or

unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, entries that are processed late or incorrectly or

are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the

Internet or at any website; printer, typographical, or human or other errors; and any entries

which are late, lost, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, inaccurate, illegible or

otherwise relating to or in connection with this Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors

or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the

processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Giveaway-related materials.

By entering, all entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released

Parties, from any and against all claims and damages or liability arising in connection with each

entrant’s participation and/or entry in the Giveaway and/or due to any injuries, damages or

losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part,

directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize (including any

travel/activity related thereto) or participation in any Giveaway-related activity or participation

in this Giveaway.

privacy. Your email will NOT be shared with any outside party; it is strictly for use by Renfro

Productions and their sponsors. Your participation in this drawing will add your name into our

attendee list and will be used to communicate special show announcements and exhibitor

specials. As always, you may unsubscribe at any time. Winner will be chosen at random and

notified by email after the close of the show.
