It is hereby notified for the general information and necessary action of all concerned that
following tentative schedule has been formulated for submission of online Admission Forms and payment of
fee for SSC 2
nd
Annual Examination, 2023 which will commence with effect from

2. THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES OF STUDENTS ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPEAR IN SSC 2
ND
ANNUAL
EXAMINATION 2023: -
I. All the registered candidates of SSC I & II (Regular/Ex/Private) whose admission forms were
cancelled/not submitted for SSC Annual Examination 2023 or for prior Examinations due to any
reason.
II. All those registered candidates of SSC I & II who submitted their admission forms but remained
absent in SSC Annual Examination 2023 or for prior Examinations due to any reason.
III. The candidates who intend to improve their Grade/Marks after passing SSC Examination can do so
if otherwise eligible by re-appearing in any number of subjects/papers of their choice of Part-I or
Part-II or both the Parts. The candidates appearing in any subject for both the parts involving
practical examination shall appear in the practical examination as well. However, candidate neither
requires nor can appear in practical if he/she is appearing in one paper of a subject or any one part
of the examination.
IV. The candidates who intend to appear in Additional Subject(s) in accordance with IBCC advice letter.
V. The candidates who passed SSC-I in Annual Examination 2023 may appear to improve their
marks/grade.
VI. The candidates having Compartment in SSC-I Annual Examination 2023 are eligible to appear in SSC
2nd Annual Examination 2023.
VII. Fresh candidates are eligible to appear in the examination.
3. PLEASE NOTE THAT:-
I. Change of subjects/group cases will not be allowed under any circumstances after final submission of
online admission form.
II. Admission fee shall be remitted at any nearest Habib Bank Limited (HBL), Muslim Commercial Bank
(MCB) Branches and through Easy Paisa application. The System Generated Bank Challan must be
deposited within due dates, as per above mentioned schedule before submission of admission forms.
4. MODE OF SUBMISSION OF ADMINSSION FORMS OF REGULAR CANDIDATES OF SSC I&II.
The Admission Forms/Data of registered candidates of your institution is available on FBISE website please
re-examine carefully and submit to the FBISE after remittance of requisite fee. No hard/printed copy of
Admission Form and documents (if any) shall be sent by post by institution to FBISE office.
5. MODE OF SUBMISSION OF ADMISSION FORMS BY EX/REGISTERED PRIVATE/IMPROVEMENT
CANDIDATES.
Admission data of candidates (in soft form) placed at FBISE website i.e. www.fbise.edu.pk will be filled in
with letter and spirit and submitted online by the candidates within specified due dates. However, No
hard/printed copy of Admission Form and documents (if any) shall be sent by post by the candidate to
FBISE office.

6. DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED ALONG WITH ONLINE ADMISSION FORM.
I. Attested copy of permission letter of FBISE if candidates have taken Geography of Pakistan etc.
II. Attested copy of Equivalence Certificate issued by IBCC in case of foreign qualification (O level etc.)
7. NON-REGISTERED OTHER BOARD AND IBCC CASES.
The candidates (non-registered other Boards/IBCC) will not submit online Admission Forms but they will submit
hard copy of their Admission Forms, with Bank Challan alongwith required documents to the Board by post or by
hand.
Note: The institutions/candidates in their own interest are advised to avoid submission of admission forms by
any other mean other than aforesaid procedure to avoid any inconvenience.
