NOTIFICATION

It is hereby notified for the general information of all concerned that Diploma in Education

( 12 + 1 ½ ) 1st and 2nd Semester Examination 2010 of the Federal Board of Intermediate and

Secondary Education, Islamabad shall commence from Monday the 26

July, 2010.

2. The Schedule for receipt of Admission Forms along with Fee in the Board office is as

under:-

FROM UPTO

i) With Normal Admission Fee. = = = 11-06-2010

ii) With Late Fee of Rs.100/- 12-06-2010 21-06-2010

iii)With Double the Examination Fee. 22-06-2010 30-06-2010

NOTE:

I) NO ADMISSION FORM SHALL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER 30-06-2010.

II) THOSE INSTITUTIONS/CANDIDATES WHO SUBMIT THEIR ADMISSION FORMS BY

POST TO THE BOARD MUST DESPATCH THE SAME THREE DAYS BEFORE THE

LAST DATE FIXED FOR EACH SLAB OF SCHEDULE GIVEN ABOVE, UNDER

REGISTERED COVER.

III) IN-SERVICE TEACHERS OF F.G. INSTITUTIONS HAVING AT LEAST HSSC OR

EQUIVALENT CERTIFICATES, RECRUITED TO TEACH ELEMENTARY CLASSES

ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPEAR IN THE DIPLOMA IN EDUCATION EXAMINATION AS

PRIVATE CANDIDATE IF RECOMMENDED BY THE CONCERNED EDUCATION

DIRECTORATE.

IV) IN CASE NUMBER OF PRIVATE CANDIDATES (IN-SERVICE TEACHERS)

BELONGING TO THE CITIES OTHER THAN ISLAMABAD ARE LESS THAN THE

STRENGTH PRESCRIBED IN RULES, FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EXAMINATION

CENTER WILL BE REQUIRED TO APPEAR AT ISLAMABAD.

3 RATES OF ADMISSION FEE.

i) Diploma in Education 1st Semester ---------- Rs. 600/- (per candidate)

ii) Diploma in Education 2nd Semester ---------- Rs. 600/- (per candidate)

iii) Diploma in Education 1st & 2nd Semester ---------- Rs.1200/- (per candidate)

iv) Registration fee for private candidates ---------- Rs. 300/- (per candidate)

( In Service Teachers only ).

Incomplete Admission Forms shall not be entertained.

4 Candidates appearing in Diploma in Education (1st Semester) must attach duly attested

copies of their Marks Sheets/Certificates of SSC/HSSC examinations and candidates appearing in

Diploma in Education 2nd Semester must attach an attested copy of their result card of the

Diploma in Education (1st Semester).

5 The failure/ex candidates, if eligible for appearing in their examination must attach an

attested photocopy of their latest result card with Admission Form.

6 The failure/ex candidates in any number of papers of Diploma in Education 1st

& 2nd

Semester will have to pay full fee of the respective examination.

7 The Admission Forms shall have to be collected by the candidates/Institutions from the

Board office at the cost of Rs.10/- per admission form.

8 Payment of fee must be made by the Institution through crossed Pay Order, in favour of

Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad. Pay Order drawnable at

Islamabad is to be attached with the Admission Form(s). Private/failure candidates must attach

original Bank Challan Receipt/Bank Draft/Pay Order with the admission form. The Bank Draft/

Pay Order must be got prepared in favour of Controller of Examinations, Secrecy Federal Board

of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Islamabad.
