Instructions to redeem your rebate:
Buy a qualifying Mac and a qualifying iPod from Apple or an Apple Authorized Campus Store from June 5, 2007, through September 16, 2007.
The computer and iPod purchases must appear on the same sales receipt unless you ordered both products from Apple at the same time but received them on separate shipping receipts.

Attach a copy of your Proof of Purchase as follows: Purchases from Online Apple Store—submit your invoice(s) or your Apple Store Order Shipment Notication email(s). Orders placed
on the online Apple Store for education individuals or through Apple Telesales may ship separately, and therefore one single order may generate more than one invoice. Please submit all
invoices from the same order with your claim. Purchases from Apple Retail. Submit your sales receipt. Purchases from Apple Authorized Campus Store. Submit your sales receipt.
Cut out the UPC labels on both the computer and iPod boxes. Be sure to cut out the whole label, including the part number, the serial number, the product description, the bar code,
and all the layers of cardboard. Peeled-o UPC labels will not be accepted.

You must purchase qualifying products together, with Apple’s Education Individual discount from June 5, 2007, through September 16, 2007 in accordance with these Terms. You must be a
qualied Apple Education Individual end-user purchaser, and not a reseller, to obtain this promotional oer. Products must be purchased from the Apple Online Store for Education Individuals,
an Apple Retail Store, Apple Telesales, or an Apple Authorized Campus Store located in Canada. Qualifying orders from Apple Online Store for Education Individuals or Apple Telesales that are
placed during the promotion that are delivered to an address in Canada and ship after the oer ends are eligible.
QUALIFIED CUSTOMERS: Qualied customers will receive a rebate of $229, the list price of a 4GB iPod nano. Rebate excludes sales tax.
EDUCATION INDIVIDUAL PURCHASE QUALIFICATIONS: Faculty and sta of higher education institutions, and students attending or accepted into a higher education institution are eligible.
Any employee of a public or private K-12 institution in Canada is eligible. School board members who are currently serving as elected or appointed members are eligible. PTA or PTO executives

CLAIM PROCEDURES: You must submit a claim via mail. Rebate coupons may not be altered. Duplicate or incomplete coupons will not be honoured. Mail an envelope enclosing your completed
original coupon, UPC labels and proof of purchase. THE ENVELOPE MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR PURCHASE DATE. Late submissions are not valid.

PROOF OF PURCHASE: Submit proof of purchase consisting of itemized, dated sales receipt(s) or Apple Store Shipment Notication emails(s)/receipt(s) showing ALL Apple products purchased,
the selling entity’s name and address, the serial numbers of the qualifying products, and the prices paid for the qualifying products. Orders placed on the online Apple Store for education
individuals or through Apple Telesales may ship separately, and therefore one single order may generate more that one shipping receipt. Please submit all receipts from the same order with
your claim. Apple and its agents will not accept order acknowledgments, packing slips, and purchase order copies as proof of purchase. Provide the UPC labels cut from all qualifying product
boxes. The UPC labels must be cut from the product packaging so that the cardboard backing is completely removed from the packaging. The UPC labels must include part numbers with bar
codes, serial numbers with bar codes, and product descriptions.
PROCEDURES RELATED TO SHIPPING AND RETURNS: Products ordered together, but shipped separately qualify if you furnish sucient supporting documentation, as provided in these Terms
and Conditions. In the event that a qualifying product is ordered during the promotion dates and shipped after the end date of the promotion, Apple oers an additional fteen (15) day grace
period for postmark of the claim provided that you submit proof of order acknowledgement demonstrating that you placed the order during the promotion period. If you return a product
required for promotion redemption in exchange for another qualifying product required for redemption, Apple oers an additional fteen (15) day grace period from the original purchase
date for postmark of the claim, provided that you adequately document the exchange transaction.
Apple and its agents are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, late, lost, mutilated, misdirected or postage-due requests. Providing false information disqualies this rebate request.
Apple reserves the right to deny and/or disregard any rebate request deemed to be false or fraudulent. GST/HST and QST as applicable are included in the face value of the mail-in rebate.
Allow eight (8) weeks from the date your claim is processed to receive your rebate. Cheques must be mailed to an address within Canada. This oer is void where prohibited or restricted by
law. Apple education promotional bundle pricing, education institution pricing, and other education promotional oers supersede this oer and cannot be combined. Except as otherwise
provided in the preceding sentence or in the other promotion’s terms and conditions, this oer may be combined with other Apple promotions. If you are submitting your original receipt or
receipts and Apple computer UPC labels as part of a claim for another Apple promotion, you may provide copies of these materials with this claim provided you reference the promotion and
claim that contains the original materials. Apple is not responsible for printing and/or typographical errors. You should keep copies of these Terms and Conditions, your completed coupon,
your proof(s) of purchase, and the UPC labels for your records. Submissions will not be returned and become the property of Apple. Apple reserves the right to change the Terms and
