throughout the U.S.A. on the topics of the Commercial General Liability Policy,
Additional Insured Endorsements, Commercial Excess/Umbrella Policies, Commercial
Auto, Commercial Property, Workers Compensation/Employers Liability, principles of
liability, and insurance agent ethics.
• Taught a live webinar for the Securities & Insurance Licensing Association entitled:
Defamation! Libel! Slander! Is there Coverage for that? 2019
• Taught a live webinar to 2700 participants on Additional Insured Endorsements. 2016.

• Led all aspects of daily operations for a $3.3 Million Retail Insurance Agency with 35
producers and 14 service employees.
• I did the above while attending law school, earning my JD, and passing the California
Bar exam. After passing the Bar exam, I increased average monthly revenue by 25%
over the prior year’s revenue for a sixteen month period before leaving to start my own
law firm.
United States Marine Corps
Camp Pendleton, CA
Intelligence Analysis Officer, 1MAR DIV, Platoon Commander,
Arabic/Spanish Linguist May 1996 – February 2002
• Managed, inventoried, and supervised maintenance of $14 Million of intelligence
equipment and directed the Marine Corps’ West Coast deployment of surveillance
sensors.
• Trained, Supervised, and led a platoon of 33 Infantry Marines who had the job of
implanting remote ground sensors for world-wide surveillance. The platoon went to Iraq
with my successor, performed well, and all returned home safely.
• Supervised and trained a team of 10 Marines in creating new intelligence products after
the attacks on New York City on September 11, 2001.
