liability, and insurance agent ethics.

I did the above while attending law school, earning my JD, and passing the California
Bar exam. After passing the Bar exam, I increased average monthly revenue by 25%
over the prior year’s revenue for a sixteen month period before leaving to start my own
law firm.

Intelligence Analysis Officer, 1MAR DIV, Platoon Commander,
Arabic/Spanish Linguist May 1996 February 2002
Managed, inventoried, and supervised maintenance of $14 Million of intelligence
equipment and directed the Marine Corps’ West Coast deployment of surveillance
sensors.
Trained, Supervised, and led a platoon of 33 Infantry Marines who had the job of
implanting remote ground sensors for world-wide surveillance. The platoon went to Iraq
with my successor, performed well, and all returned home safely.
Supervised and trained a team of 10 Marines in creating new intelligence products after
the attacks on New York City on September 11, 2001.
