CONTRACT IS HEREAFTER SIGNED AND DELIVERED BY THE PARTIES. NO DEFINITIVE CONTRACT
SHALL BE ENTERED INTO UNLESS IT IS SATISFACTORY TO BOTH BUYER AND SELLER, IN THEIR SOLE
DISCRETION.
