Birthday with a Ceremonial Ball to be held on Saturday the 21

November 2015 at the Hilton, in Vancouver, WA
Schedule of Events are as follows:
Photography begins – 1600
Cocktail Hour – 1700
Ceremony – 1900
Dinner – 1930
Dancing – 2030 – 2300
Ticket Price per Guest: $50.00

The hotel rate will be $109.00 per room. Reservations may be made by calling
(360) 993-4500 and asking for the USMC Military Ball group rate at the
Hilton Vancouver, Washington

Ticket Purchase Instructions:
- We cannot guarantee tables, but can guarantee seats, and will work to accommodate all requests. We are on
a first come first serve basis. Special arrangements will not be granted for late ticket purchases.
- Please coordinate all ticket sales through Staff Sergeant Doering at 971-222-9582, Brigette Lamont at 503-

- If you choose to sit with a specific guest, you are required to purchase all seats together and pay in full.
- Request will not be secured until all tickets on the seating request form are paid.
- Ticket sales are non-refundable.
- Wine and/or Champagne is available for pre-purchase. All bottles will be provided when seated at table.
