EDITORIAL
La industria aeronáutica mundial sigue
avanzando, alineando sus acciones
responsables a lo largo de su cadena
de valor. En LASER Airlines reafirmamos
nuestro compromiso con nuestros públicos,
apuntando a altos estándares, incluyendo
nuestras acciones de servicio a la
comunidad.
El presente informe describe los aportes
de LASER Airlines para impactar de forma
positiva la vida de las personas, labor que
hemos ejecutado desde los inicios de la
empresa, una labor social que realizamos
junto a FundaLASER, institución que sirve
de ente ejecutor de nuestra política
Responsabilidad Social.
La publicación destaca nuestros esfuerzos
internos y externos, que cuentan con
una gran fuerza humana, logística y
tecnológica que hace posible llevar a cabo
nuestros programas “Vuelos de Esperanza”,
“Un Sueño con Laser”, “Voluntariado
Corporativo” y nuestra más reciente
iniciativa, diseñada para la captación de
fondos: el “Bono de la Esperanza”, que
permite al público en general ser parte de
nuestra labor.
Aquí mostramos las cifras e imágenes
que ilustran la magnitud e importantes
avances de nuestras actividades de
Responsabilidad Social, números que están
acompañados por la emoción de nuestra
gente, involucrada en cada uno de los
programas que ejecutamos: directivos,
ejecutivos, personal administrativo,
tripulación de cabina y personal de tierra
que se involucran genuinamente con este
compromiso corporativo.
El trabajo de FundaLASER también cuenta
con el apoyo de aliados institucionales de
reconocida trayectoria que se traducen en
beneficios comunitarios.
Seguiremos con nuestro compromiso de
aportar a la comunidad y hacer honor a
la confianza que los pasajeros depositan
en LASER Airlines. Las venideras etapas
nos entusiasman, porque marcan la
consolidación de los programas sociales
y nos permiten seguir madurando nuestro
proceso de certificación en materia de

valued operation. Laser Airlines reassure its
commitment to customers and society. We
are constantly aiming at the highest quality
standards as well as passing our success
onto the community.
The following dossier describes in depth
Laser Airlines grants which have made a
huge positive impact on people’s lifestyle.
Such effort has been present since the
company was founded. All this could not have
been possible without our sister non-profit
organization “FundaLaser”. FundaLaser
serves as our executing institution which
drives our social responsibility core policies
and purposes.
This publication highlights the overall effort
made by our great staff which involves lots
of logistic and technology. Such teamwork
makes things happen. Some of the programs
we conduct are called “Flights of hope”, “A
dream come true with Laser”, “Corporate
volunteering”, and our most recent initiative
designed to raise funds for “Contribution
of hope” that summons people in general
and make them work for a common cause.
We hereby show some numbers and pictures
that illustrate the huge progress and some
of our most remarkable social responsibility
actions. People’s feelings have always
been around in every single program we
have put in place, our directors, executive
and administrative staff,flight attendants
and office staff are genuinely identified and
committed with the company’s social core
values. FundaLaser’s goals have been also
supported by some of the most important
and well-known institutions, such joint
ventureshave brought tremendous benefits
to the community.
Our commitment will never stop, and
we will persist to grant and honor the
community, the same way our passengers
trust LASER Airlines as their preferred air
carrier. The upcoming projects are very
fulfilling for us as they strengthen our social
responsibility awareness and allow us to
grow in the process of getting certified as
an organization with sustainable social best
practices.
We will continue flying and putting our
trust in Venezuela whether supporting our
employees and their families, leveraging
our set of values, being part of a child
recovery from a lethal disease, boosting
our educational and cultural goals or even
celebrating someone’s sport achievement.

With the support of LASER Airlines,
FundaLASER helps children and youngsters
get benefited from the “Flights of Hope”
program. This social responsibility
corporate program makes it possible
throughsponsoring some air transfers
which contributetopatients’ health
recovery plan,thrive educational, cultural
programsandsport activitiesat every
destinationthe airlines serve.
More than 1500 solidary flights have been
done between 2018 – 2021.
We are fully aware of the impact that all
these air transfers have brought to people’s
lives because we truly understand it is part
of their dreams.

Vuelos de Esperanza. Este programa de
responsabilidad social corporativa hace
posible el patrocinio de traslados aéreos
que contribuyen con la recuperación de la
salud, cumplir metas educativas o culturales
y lograr triunfos deportivos en las rutas
cubiertas por la aerolínea. Ya se han
realizado más de 1500 de estos vuelos
solidarios (Período 2018-2021).

We are constantly reshaping our strategies
and looking for new ways to take our
mission above and beyond. Therefore, the
Contribution of Hope program helps us
fundraise and thus be able to back up some
of the extra expenses of other programs
such as “Flights of Hope”.We want to keep
working to affordsome medical treatments,
as well as support some sport, cultural and
educational initiatives.
At each raffle, we picked 3 winners
considering that everyone could be part
of it with a small investment. Anyone could
be the lucky winner of two round-trip
tickets of any LASER Airlines domestic and
international destinations. By acquiring a
raffle ticket, we are contributing to a good
cause.
We together can skyrocket solidarity
and reach more people through the
Contribution of Hope Program!
Como fundación nos reinventamos y
buscamos nuevas formas de ir más allá
con nuestra misión. Por ello creamos el
Bono de la Esperanza, un programa
para la captación de fondos, cubrir
gastos complementarios de los Vuelos
de Esperanza y continuar haciendo
realidad nuestra misión de cumplir con los
tratamientos médicos, el logro de metas
deportivas, educativas y culturales.

Driven by good goodwill, we embarked
a training plan across all LASER Airlines
workstations in which wedeployed a series
of sessions especially designed for the
staff who work atmany LASERlocations
around the country.Flight attendants also
participated in such training sessions to
get acquainted about FundaLASER’s goals
and interests, thus they can become more
awareof how important being socially
responsible isfor the company and at the
same time to present all the alternatives
the company offers to its staff who might
be appealed to this volunteering initiative.
Motivados por hacer el bien, y hacerlo
bien, emprendimos un plan de visitas a las
estaciones de LASER Airlines con el fin de
realizar sesiones de formación dirigidas
al personal que labora en las diferentes
localidades del país donde llevamos a cabo
nuestras operaciones. En estas actividades
también participó el personal de cabina
para recibir información sobre el trabajo
que realiza FundaLASER, nociones básicas
de responsabilidad social empresarial y las
alternativas que habilita la empresa para
llevar a cabo el voluntariado corporativo.

FundaLASER is delighted to work with
the Children Orthopedic Hospitaland get
benefited from its highest expertise on
the healthcare sector. This hospital is a
non-profit organization run by a private
institution. Its main goal is to nurse children
and youngsters between 0 and 16 years of
age who live in poor conditions and suffer
from musculoskeletal problems.
Throughout all these years, the hospital
has become one of the most remarkable
benchmarks on Orthopedic.It has
particularly met the medical needs of
the population by widening its array of
services, looking after adult patients, and
tweaking its current operation to turn itself
into a “self-sustainable” organization. It has
also added to its catalogue around 23
more medical specialties to catch up with
the medical needs of patients.

to support all the actions this institution has

FundaLASER tiene el honor de contar con
el Hospital Ortopédico Infantil como aliado
social especializado en la salud, cuyos
méritos son invaluables. Este hospital es una
institución privada, sin fines de lucro, cuya
misión es la atención de niños y jóvenes
con edades comprendidas entre 0 y 16
años de escasos recursos económicos con
problemas osteomusculares.
En el transcurrir de los años el Hospital se
ha convertido en un centro de referencia
nacional en Ortopedia, y se ha ido
adecuando a las necesidades de la
población ampliando su cobertura de
servicios, atendiendo también a adultos y
reformulando su esquema operativo hacia
la auto-sustentabilidad. Ha incorporado
23 especialidades con la finalidad de
satisfacer las necesidades de atención
médica de la población.

At LASER Airlines, we attempt to satisfy
our staff most essential needs so they
canperform better at the workplace and
have animproved lifestyle. Therefore,
motivated by our own staff, FundaLASER
has created a Solidarity Fund to help their
close family members, such as mother,
father, spouse and siblings.
This is a voluntary membership-based
program that offers the opportunity to claim
funds as reimbursable loans for employees
to mitigate some unbudgeted expenses
such ashospital bills, home improvements,
car parts and repairs as well as some other
unexpected expenditures.
The Solidarity Fund is guaranteed as for
LASER Airlines,employees are considered
the most important asset.
En LASER Airlines procuramos satisfacer
necesidades esenciales de nuestros
trabajadores, con el fin de contribuir
a una mejor calidad de vida familiar y
laboral. Por ello, inspirado en nuestra
gente FundaLASER ha creado el Fondo
Solidario, dirigido también a respaldar a
sus familiares, específicamente, cónyuge,
padres e hijos.
Es un programa de afiliación voluntaria que
ofrece la oportunidad de solicitar fondos
en calidad de préstamo, para casos de
salud, mejoras de vivienda, repuestos y
reparaciones de vehículo y otros gastos de
emergencia.

Nuestra tripulación también forma parte
de los Vuelos de Esperanza, brindando
apoyo para que niños y jóvenes puedan
recuperar su salud, cumplir metas
deportivas, educativas y culturales en las
rutas cubiertas por LASER Airlines.

la formación en Voluntariado y

they provide all their support to kids and
youngsters with medical and sport needs
as well as in educational and cultural
programs at every corner LASER Airlines is

learning paths, acquiring more skills to
successfully execute all flight protocols to
ensure a significant social impact.

There are many reasons as to why we
should feel proud and optimist not only
because of the work we have done, but
also for the good things that await. We are
excited to keep on serving the community
and profoundly grateful for the altruist
approach of our staffevery time they
volunteer. Somework as ambassadors
of Faces of Hope Program and others
enthusiastically play an important role in
both, Flights of Hope, and a Dream Come
True with LASER programs.
On the premise that “Life is a solidarity
