For your convenience, any registered
voter may vote by mail. To request a
Vote by Mail ballot, you must provide
the information we have on le for you
such as your FL ID#, FL DL# or the
last 4 digits of your Social Security
Number. One request can cover you
through the upcoming General
Election.
Call the Elections Oce at (850) 926-7575.
Requests for vote by mail ballots
must be made 10 days prior to
Election Day for ballot to be mailed.
All vote by mail ballots must be in
the Supervisor’s Office by 7 p.m.
on Election Day, in order to count.

Any time there is a change in your
signature or identifying “mark”, you
must complete a new registration
application & submit it to the
Elections Oce. If your signature on
your voter record and the signature
on your vote by mail ballot do not
match, your vote by mail ballot will

additional homestead tax exemption for nonschool
levies of up to $50,000 of the assessed value of
homestead property owned by classroom teachers, law
enforcement ofcers, correctional ofcers, reghters,
emergency medical technicians, paramedics, child
welfare service professionals, active duty members of
the United States Armed Forces, and Florida National

Shall the School Board of Wakulla County levy a one-half
percent (0.5%) sales surtax for a period of ten (10) years,
beginning January 1, 2023 for the acquistion, construction,
renovation, replacement, improvement, or equipping
of school facilities and campuses including safety and
security improvements, and technology upgrades, and
the retirement of related debt. The revenues collected
shall be shared with eligible charter schools based on the
proportionate share of total school district enrollment.
