When you purchase an SVSU license plate, the SVSU Alumni Relations Office will cover the $35 cost to

replace your current license plate! A $10 fee is added to your vehicle registration fee when renewing the

SVSU fundraising license plate. The $10.00 renewal fee helps support the SVSU Legacy Scholarship to give

more students access to attend SVSU. Your new plate will arrive by mail within 4-6 weeks after the Secretary

of State receives your form. Please note that SVSU cannot issue a refund if this form is not used to obtain

your plate.

NOTE: This form cannot be used to get a personalized SVSU Fundraiser license plate and SVSU cannot

cover the $35 replacement fee if you currently have or are planning to get a personalized plate due to

additional fees associated with a personalized plate. To get an SVSU Fundraiser plate with a personalized

license plate go to Michigan.gov/sos/vehicle.
