The graduation plan consists of
60-70 credit hours in studio art
courses and 12 credit hours of Art
History courses.
A maximum number of 70 hours
of course work may be taken in
studio art.
Thirty-five major and art history
credit hours must be completed at
MU.
Studio courses with a grade
of “D” or “F” may not be
included in the graduation plan.
30 hours of the 120 needed to
graduate must be numbered 3000
and above. BFA students must have
at least 15 hours in one media
area, 6 of which must be at the
4000 level. Foundations courses

Grades for all courses in the collat-
eral area (Art History) must be a C-

Program BA/BFA Portfolio Review.
A student will need to have completed*

portfolio for either the BA or BFA. Please
