Aside from the following exceptions, each additional bar will have the same Basic License Fee as listed above, plus a $20 non-refundable filing fee. Each premise will be limited to
two (2) additional bars unless the maximum occupancy of the premise is 1,000 persons or more, in which case the liquor authority may issue licenses for any number of additional
bars at its discretion. Additional Bars always share the main licenses expiration date and will become inactive if the main license expires, is surrendered, cancelled or revoked.
