E X A M P L E
The Tenant may terminate this Lease Agreement before the
expiration date by giving the Landlord a written notice of at
least 60 days and paying a termination fee equivalent to
two months' rent. The Tenant may break the contract if a job
relocation, familial status change, or an inability to pay rent
arises. In all other cases, the Tenant must give at least 60
days’ notice and three months’ rent.
The Landlord may terminate this Lease Agreement before
the expiration date by giving the Tenant a written notice of
at least 30 days, providing $300 for relocation, and
complying with the state laws regarding landlord-tenant
relations. The Landlord may break the contract if the
property sells, if major repairs are needed, or if a family
member would like to move in.
