Babies First: A RN assesses the developmental progress of the new-
born. Parents are assisted with services that are available to them.
Birth and Death Certificates: Records up to 6 months from date of
birth and up to 6 months date of death
CaCOON: Assists parents of children with developmental
challenges. Referrals to specialists as needed.
Family Planning: Services for teens and adult women and men who
have not been sterilized. This program provides birth control, educa-
tion, and physical exams for those who can bear children.
Immunizations: Required childhood immunizations
and adult vaccines
Pregnancy Testing: This is a urine specimen test. Client seeking con-
firmation of pregnancy must be at least 10 days past when menses
should have begun.
Preparedness: Working to ensure the safety of Baker County
residents from Public Health incidents and disasters.

School Based Health Center: Located at Baker High School.
We provide acute care, sports physicals, health education,
immunizations, and other services for all Baker County
Schools.
Sharps Containers: Recycle full sharps containers
and/or purchase a new one for a fee.
STI Testing and Exams: Testing done for these sexually transmitted
diseases: Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, HIV, Syphilis, Hep B, and Hep C.
Tobacco Prevention and Education Program:
Promotes the facilitation of movement toward a
tobacco-free community and reducing the
burden of tobacco-related chronic disease.
