whether you’re eligible for free or low-cost
coverage through Apple Health. You can
apply anytime, year-round. Get started

You’ll need this information before you
begin:
• Your household monthly income.
• Your immigration information, if that
applies to you.
• Dates of birth for each member of your
household.
• Social Security numbers for each
household member applying for
coverage, if that applies to you.
